100 Days: More goodies under way- Gov. Yusuf
Kano state Governor, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf has reassured the people of the state of his administration’s commitment to making Kano a better place through the provision of meaningful human capital development projects.
Yusuf gave the assurance during the commencement of the 5th State Executive Council meeting at the council chamber of Government House.
A statement issued by Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, on Friday said Engr. Yusuf said that the administration will ensure full implementation of electioneering campaign promises to the good people so that they will attest to the impact of good leadership.

The governor revealed that within the 100 days of his administration, a lot have been achieved particularly in the areas of Education, Health, Environment, Water Resources, Rural, and Human Development as well as security among others.
He then attributed the successes recorded to the collaborative support with the members of the state executive Council, people of the state, security agencies, and members of the press who have been around rendering support to the government tirelessly.
While calling for continued support from the people in the state, he maintained that Kano remains the only place in his mind and is always willing to see to its realistic development.
He said that the state government has in the last 3 days gagged off the distribution exercise of palliatives to people from the 44 local with a view to alleviating their sufferings in this present economic downturn.
He added that the government will initiate more viable ways that will benefit its teaming populace.
