AbdulRazaq appoints Elelu, SA infrastructure, 16 other aides on SDGs

Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara has appointed Mr Elelu Bolakale, a professional Estate Surveyor, as Special Assistant on Infrastructure.

This is contained in a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mr Rafiu Ajakaye, on Thursday in Ilorin.

Bolakale, a native of Ilorin, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, and Ordinary National Diploma in Public Administration from Kwara State Polytechnic.

He will oversight Kwara Central senatorial district.

He is a member of many professional bodies, including Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Nigerian Institute of Management and International Facility Management Association.

“The Governor has also appointed 16 women as Special Assistants on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), each representing the 16 local government areas of the state.”

“He charged them with the duties of supporting and promoting the administration’s efforts to achieve the goals.”

“The appointees are: Usman Bilikis (Kaiama); Monsurat Lawal (Ilorin West); Khadijat Ibrahim (Ilorin East); Jibola Yusuf (Ilorin South); Abdulmumin Habibat (Baruten); Aishat Motunrayo Yusuf (Asa) and Deborah Lawal (Ifelodun).”

“Others are: Kafayat Kazeem (Irepodun); Titilayo Ashaolu (Oke Ero); Oluwakemi Opeyemi (Ekiti); Sani Kudirat (Isin); Esther Funlola Adejumo (Oyun); Amudat Muhammad (Moro); Fatima Mohammed (Patigi); Kashi Mohammed (Edu); and Dorcas Ogunwole (Offa).”

“The appointments take immediate effect”, the statement read in part.
