Atiku, Tambuwal, others in closed-door meeting with Obasanjo in Abeokuta
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar is currently meeting with former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.
Atiku, who arrived at Obasanjo’s residence located within the precinct of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) at about 12:37 pm, , on Monday afternoon, was accompanied by the former governors of Sokoto and Cross Rivers State, Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal and Senator Liyel Imoke, respectively, among other eminent political bigwigs from northern Nigeria.
Upon arrival, Atiku alongside members of his entourage were received at the Obasanjo’s residence by elder statesman, Otunba Oyewole Fasawe, before they all went straight upstairs into a private meeting with the former President, who had been waiting for his visitors.

Though details of the visit could not be ascertained at the time of filing this report.
