Copa America: Vinicius shines in Brazil’s 4-1 win against Paraguay
Vinícius Junior scored a first-half brace to lead Brazil to a 4-1 victory over Paraguay in their second Group D game at the Copa America on Friday night.
Savinho was also on target for Brazil, as he scored in the first-half and Lucas Paqueta’s second half penalty gave Brazil the needed win.
Omar Alderete scored Paraguay’s only goal.

The game witnessed plenty of tense moments with five yellow cards and a red record. Paraguay’s Andres Cubas was sent off in the 81st minute.

The victory was a response for Brazil who has been under pressure, amid their opening game on Tuesday which was a scoreless draw against Costa Rica.
A victory or draw for Brazil against Colombia on Tuesday would push them into the knockout stage of the competition.
