DSS denies invading CBN

The Department of State Services (DSS) has denied invading the premises of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, on Monday, as it was widely reported online.

The secret police in a statement issued by been Peter Afunanya Public Relations Officer , Department of State Services said the story was false.

Recalls that earlier on Monday, the service vehicles were seen around the premises of the apex bank headquarters, Abuja.

The DSS in the statement said its operatives did not attempt to arrest the CBN governor.
