1. Cody Gakpo – Netherlands – 3 goals

The Liverpool attacker netted in the 2-1 win over Poland before adding to his tally in the 2-3 loss to Austria in the group stage.

Gakpo then scored against Romania in the quarter-final and helped the team reach the quarter-finals.
