“Even before God, I can testify that Buhari was a man of integrity” – Pantami

The immediate past Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, has stated that he has known former President Muhammadu Buhari for over 24 years and has never doubted his integrity.

 He affirmed that he could confidently testify to Buhari’s character even before God.

SolaceBase correspondent reports that Pantami made this statement on Tuesday at Buhari’s residence in Daura during preparations to receive the body of the late president.

“I had a close relationship with him before his passing. Even when he was president, I often visited his house and met him in his living room. That was how close we were,” he said.

“His children respect us and treat us like their elder brothers. They are very disciplined, and now it is our duty to ensure we look after them.”

“Over the years, I learned many valuable lessons from him—discipline, honesty, integrity. He was a deeply patriotic citizen. I can testify, even before God, that he was a man of integrity.”
