Ex-Gov Badaru’s spokesman, Bello Zaki defects to ADC

Bello Muhammad Zaki, a former Special Adviser on Media to former Jigawa State Governor Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, has defected to ADC from NNPP.

This was contained in a letter dated 1st January, 2026, addressed to the NNPP Chairman, Unguwar Gabas Ward of Kazaure Local Government Area.

According to the letter, it notified the Chairman of his decision after due consultations with relevant stakeholders resolved to dump NNPP and head to ADC to join the like-minded, stating that the decision is with immediate effects.

He wished his former political party well in this prosperous new year and even attached his membership identification card in the resignation letter, which was addressed to the Ward Chairman of Unguwar Gabas Ward
