Fayose holds closed-door meeting with Olubadan
Former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, on Tuesday, held a closed-door meeting for about 30 minutes with the Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Rashidi Ladoja.
This is coming amid rising political tension in Oyo State.
Recalls that Fayose had earlier claimed that Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, was allegedly planning to dethrone the monarch, as well as controversies surrounding an alleged impeachment against Makinde by the state House of Assembly, which was said to involve the traditional institution.

Before proceeding into the meeting, Fayose briefly told journalists that, “I am in Ibadan to identify with the traditional institution. The truth about the whole saga will soon be revealed.”
