Federal University, Kashere signs strategic partnership agreement with Beaconhouse University, Pakistan

In a landmark move to enhance academic collaboration and global engagement, the Federal University, Kashere (FUK), Gombe State, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Beaconhouse University, Lahore, Pakistan.

SolaceBase reports that the agreement was formalized on Tuesday in Lahore, with the Vice-Chancellor of FUK, Professor Umaru Pate, and his counterpart at Beaconhouse University, Professor Mojeed Hossin, signing the MoU in the latter’s office.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Professor Pate described the partnership as a significant step toward fostering international academic cooperation. “This agreement will open doors for faculty and student exchanges, joint research projects, and shared academic resources between our institutions,” he said.

On his part, Professor Hossin emphasized the potential impact of the collaboration on knowledge exchange and capacity building. “Beaconhouse University is committed to creating a global academic network, and this partnership with Federal University, Kashere, aligns perfectly with our mission of innovation and internationalization,” he stated.

Both institutions expressed optimism that the collaboration would strengthen their global reach and enhance academic excellence. The partnership marks a major milestone for FUK as it expands its international ties, particularly with higher institutions in Asia.
