First Hausa International television station, Tambarin has commenced operations in Kano.
At a maiden news conference held Thursday, at its Kano corporate headquarters, the Deputy Chairman of the station, Alhaji Muhammad Sani Utai said Tambarin Hausa Television will no doubt meet the yearning and aspirations of its viewers globally, which he said is slated to go on air by second June 2021.
” Everyone yearns for the media that will break the barriers especially linguistic to meet the demands of the people in relation with sharing the Hausa culture and tradition with the rest of the world” he added.
Utai stressed that reporters already employed that would be sending reports and news update from the six geo-political zones in the country in order to give viewers a full picture of the country in a good package and befitting coverage.

Alh. Sani Utai says that the station has a plan also to start receiving reports from America, Germany, Britain, Saudi, China, Ghana as well as Cameroon and Niger republic.
Solacebase reports that Tambari TV will be on Startimes and free-air satellites for now with a plan to also broadcast programs on Gotv, Dstv and Mytv platforms for the delight of the esteem viewers.
