Funke Akindele’s new movie features Lagos fire fighters
Nigerian actress Funke Akindele is bringing the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service into her upcoming movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa.
During her visit to the fire service office in Alausa, Akindele expressed her commitment to integrating fire prevention themes into her film to help reduce fire outbreaks in Lagos.
This collaboration aims to raise awareness about fire safety.

The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service has welcomed this initiative, aligning with their mission to enhance public safety and prevent fire-related incidents.
Jubril Gawat, Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Lagos State Governor, announced the excitement.

Everybody Loves Jenifa, a spinoff from Akindele’s popular Jenifa franchise, is set to premiere in December.
