Gawuna attends Emir of Kano’s 2nd anniversary special prayer
Kano State Deputy Governor, Alhaji Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna on Friday attended the Special Prayer held to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero as the Emir of Kano.
Solacebase reports that the Special Prayer Session which was conducted at the Kano Central Mosque was led by the Chief Imam of Kano, Prof. Muhammad Sani Zahraddeen and Wazirin Kano, Alhaji Sa’ad Shehu Gidado respectively.
A statement issued by Chief Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Hassan Musa Fagge, on Friday said in their separate prayers, they preached brotherhood , unity and also prayed to Almighty Allah for continued peaceful-coexistence of people of Kano and the country at large.
‘’They also thanked Allah for making the reign of Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero to witness alot of development of Kano Emirate and the State in general, ‘’the statement said.
