Gombe State Governor, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, has dissolved the Executive Council of the State.
Yahaya announced this on Wednesday during the 53rd State Executive Council meeting.

Although the governor did not immediately state reasons for the dissolution, he appreciated the efforts and contributions of the former executive Council members.
The move is believed to be connected to emerging political interests among members of the cabinet and may also be part of broader political realignments ahead of future elections in the state.
