Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf has sworn in and assigned portfolios to seven newly appointed commissioners.
Gov Yusuf announced this on Monday at a ceremony that saw other appointees being sworn in also.

SolaceBase reports that Shehu Wada Shagagi – Investment, Commerce and Industry, Dahiru Muhammad Hasim – Environment, Ismail Aliyu- Finance, Gaddafi Shehu – Power, Abdulkadir Abdulsalam – Rural and Community Development, Ibrahim Waiya – Information and Nura Maaji – Public Procurement.
The governor urged the appointees not to betray the confidence reposed in them.
