The kidnapped Divisional Police Officer, (DPO) of the Fugar Police Division in Etsako Central Local Government Area of Edo state, CSP Ibrahim Aliyu Ishaq has been rescued.
PRNigeria gathered that after the arrest of some suspects over the abduction, police operatives under the Command of CP Philip Aliyu Ogbadu swung into action and ensured the freedom of Ishaq.
Ishaq, was kidnapped around Ise river along old Auchi – Ekperi- Agenebode road in Edo State last week.

Solacebase reports that the kidnappers had contacted the family of the police officer for ransom payment of N50m
CSP Ishaq before his deployment some years ago to Edo, had served as DPO in Dakata Police Division in Kano State
