A Federal Capital Territory High Court on Friday issued an order vacating the restraining injunction against the national convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC), scheduled for March 26.
The court presided by Justice Bello Kawu held that a member of a political party cannot sue the party.

Justice Kawu said the order of November 18, 2021, has been overtaken by a recent Supreme Court judgement on a similar matter.
He then fixed March 30 for the substantive suit.
