Kidnapped mother of popular Hausa musician, Rarara regains freedom
Hajiya Hauwa’u Adamu, mother of renowned Hausa musician Dauda Adamu, popularly known as Rarara, has regained freedom after 20 days in captivity.
The news of her freedom was confirmed by Rarara, on his verified Instagram handle on Wednesday morning.

While details of the 75-year-old mother’s release remain sketchy, unconfirmed reports said a multimillion naira was paid as ransom to her kidnappers.

SolaceBase recalls that Hajiya was abducted in Kastina state last month.
Meanwhile, the Katsina State Police Command had earlier announced the arrest of two suspects linked to the abduction.
