The leader of the Kwankwasiyya Movement and former Kano State Governor, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has described himself as the only “priceless” politician in Kano State.
Solacebase reports that Kwankwaso, a presidential candidate of NNPP in the 2023 general elections, insisted that money cannot influence his political decisions.
Speaking to Kwankwasiyya supporters at his residence in Kano on Tuesday, he said, although many Nigerians believe there are no politicians who cannot be bought, he is proud to say he is priceless.

He stressed that if his interest were money, he knows where to align politically, adding that no one has ever approached him with an offer to “buy” him politically.
Kwankwaso also extended the description to his followers, saying Kwankwasiyya supporters are equally priceless because they are not influenced by money during elections.
He urged them to remain calm and patient, reminding them that political positions are temporary and that God can change any situation at any time.
His comments come amid reports of a growing rift between him and his political protégé, Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, following speculations that the governor is planning to join the APC.
