Media professionals honour Kano ACReSAL Project Coordinator

The Legislative Writers Forum of the National Assembly Abuja has honoured Dr. Dahiru Muhammad Hashim, the Kano State Project Coordinator, Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL), with the “Excellence Leadership Award.”

The delegation of the forum presented the award on Wednesday at the Conference Hall of the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) under the leadership of the Organizing Secretary of the forum Mr. Abraham O.

In his address, the Organizing Secretary said that it is part of the norm of the forum, honouring corporate organizations, politicians, individuals and captains of industries that have excelled in their various fields of endeavours since the inception of democracy in 1999.

He stated further that the forum, which comprises print, electronics, and online media houses covering the Senate and the House of Representatives, has identified Dr. Dahiru Muhammad Hashim worthy of the nomination as a result of the painstaking assessment of ACReSAL project activities in the State.

In his response, Dr. Hasim expressed gratitude for the recognition and applauded the forum for its impactful programs that promote hard work, dedication, and societal development.
