Muhammadu Sanusi II leads Jumu’at prayer at Emir’s palace mosque
The reinstated Emir of Kano, Malam Muhammadu Sanusi II led the Friday Jumu’ah prayer at the Kano Central Mosque.
The prayer commenced around 2:20 PM, after the emir delivered sermon in Arabic.
During the sermon, Emir Sunusi emphasized the virtues of patience and perseverance, reminding Muslims faithful the challenges facing the community and the need to remain steadfast in their faith.
SolaceBase reports that the Emir also highlighted the importance of perseverance in the face of adversity.
He encouraged the worshippers to remain committed to their goals, regardless of obstacles.
The prayer was attended by the traditional tittle holders, some local government chairmen, and worshipers.
