The Kano State Deputy Gubernatorial Candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 General Election, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo has expressed shock and sadness over the fire incident that ravaged shops at the Kanti Kwari textile market in the State.
This is contained in a statement he personally signed on Monday.
The statement urged the traders to see the incident as a test from the Almighty God whom only can bring succor to those affected.

In the statement, Murtala Sule Garo, the Galadima Garo also commiserated with the leadership of the market and commended the bravery and the immediate response of the emergency services and firefighters who worked tirelessly to contain the inferno, stressing that their efforts helped mitigate further damage and potential loss of life.
