Nagode’s family wins laurel with Dan Amana Ngeri’s title- Says DG NAPTIN

The Director General of the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN), Alhaji Ahmed Bolaji Nagode, has expressed immense pride and gratitude over the recent conferment of the traditional title of ‘’Dan Amana Ngeri of Ilorin’’ on his younger brother, Dr. Tunji Abdulkadir Nagode, by the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari.

SolaceBase recalls that the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari recently conferred Dr. Tunji Abdulkadir Nagode with an honorary traditional title, ‘’Dan Amana Ngeri of Ilorin’’.

During a thanksgiving visit to the Emir’s Palace in Ilorin on Thursday, Alhaji Bolaji described the title as a prestigious honour, likening it to a “laurel” for the Nagode, Belgore and Bawa families.

Alhaji Bolaji noted that the Emir made an excellent choice in recognizing Dr. Tunji Abdulkadir for his selfless service to humanity.

He expressed confidence that their late father, Alhaji Salihu Nagode, would be proud of this royal recognition.

He urged Dr Tunji Abdulkadir to continue his dedication to the development of the Emirate and to uphold the teachings of the Quran and Hadith, which guide his life.

The thanksgiving ceremony was attended by family members, friends, associates, and colleagues, celebrating the honor bestowed on Dr. Tunji Abdulkadir.
