NNPP raises alarm over alleged plans by APC to manipulate supplementary election in Kano

New Nigeria Peoples Party NNPP has raised alarm over alleged plans by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to rig and manipulate the supplementary election of Fagge federal constituency, noting that they would not accept any attempt to disrupt the poll.

SOLACEBASE reports that INEC declared Fagge House of Representative election inconclusive due to over voting and disruption of election in fifteen poling units across the local government area.

‘’Before the cancellation of the results, NNPP candidate is leading with a margin of five thousand six hundred and fifty-eight votes, followed by LP, then APC, but the ruling party, APC is trying to use some INEC Ad-hoc staff and security personnel to upset the election so that their candidate would be declared winner, ‘’NNP Chairman said.
