Nollywood star Tonto Dikeh feeds 2,000 children in Ajegunle

Nollywood legend Tonto Dikeh, recently fed about 2,000 children in Ajegunle.

The initiative was organised by The Tonto Dikeh Foundation.

The Foundation has been consistent with numerous beneficial outreaches over the years.

This includes the Tonto Dikeh Foundation Road Construction Project in Karamajiji Colony, Abuja, the Pad a Girl Project, the Back To School Project, the 2020 Pandemic Food Distribution Across 12 States in Nigeria and Ghana, Widows Business Start-up Funds, among many others.

Speaking after the project, Tonto emphasized the importance of the feeding project, given the current socio-economic hardships in the country.

“The Feed 2,000 Children Project is one that we have planned to take across every state in Nigeria and Africa at large. Given the current economic struggles we are going through in Nigeria at the moment, we decided to lend our little support to every child and encourage parents that all will be well. We aim to keep reaching out in our little way as much as we can,” she said.

She added that Abuja is the next venue, with plans to extend the feeding project to Delta, Ogun, and Kano states soon.
