PHOTOS: NSA reunites abducted Kaduna children with family

Four abducted siblings in Kaduna State have been rescued and reunited with their family by the National Security Adviser (NSA), SolaceBase reports.

This was confirmed by Abdulaziz Abdulaziz , Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on his social media handle on Monday night.

Although details of the rescue effort was not disclosed, Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani was seen in one of the pictures.

SolaceBase had reported that the children went missing while their father was out last Tuesday night to visit his wife, who was taking care of their sick twins admitted to a nearby hospital.

The victims were kidnapped from their parent’s home in Keke A, Chikun Local Government Area (LGA).

The abductors later contacted the victims’ father, Adamu Yunusa, and demanded N300 million ransom, threatening to kill the children if the ransom was not paid.

However, the bandits later reduced the ransom to N25 million.
