2023: Our administration would prioritize health, agriculture, education, infrastructure development, if elected – Garo

The Kano State Deputy governorship candidate of the All progressive congress (APC), Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo says their administration would put much emphasis on sustaining free and compulsory education in the state, if elected in 2023 election.

Garo stated this during a media interaction, on Tuesday, in Kano.

He said education being the back born of development in any society would receive maximum priority to ensure that the people of Kano have access to qualitative education and sustain the efforts of the present administration in that directive.

Garo, who is the immediate past commissioner for local Government and chieftaincy affairs, maintained that if given the mandate they would improve the health facilities in all the 484 political wards in Kano.

He said the party would soon unfold its manifesto as in the road map to developing various sectors of Kano.

Alhaji Murtala Garo noted that they would ensure that the Agricultural sector receive adequate attention to provide more job opportunities to the teeming youths and boost food production.

“Kano is the most populous state in the federation, hence improving agricultural production would pave way for economic and social development, hence we’ll not relent in this direction”

The Deputy Gubernatorial candidate further explained that if elected into office come 2023, the issue of youth empowerment would also receive the needed attention to ensuring complete eradication of youth restivesness.

“we will introduce new packages of youth empowerment so that they will be self-reliant and employers of labor”

He maintain that the Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, Murtala Sule Garo ticket of the All Progressives Congress is the answer to the yearning of Kano people, come 2023.

“we will ensure that the infrastructural development taking place in Kano by the Ganduje administration is sustained, the Road network in the rural areas tagged “Karkara Salamu Alaikum’’ and other infrastructural development would be sustained.“

He assured the general populace of Kano that if given the mandate the commercial nerve center of the sub-Sahara Africa would achieve greater heights in terms of boosting commercial innovations and the economy”.
