Police constitutes committee to investigate alleged attack on Emir of Kano’s palace
The Nigerian Police Force has constituted an eight-man panel of inquiry to investigate the recent clash between supporters of the 15th Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, and the 16th Emir, Malam Muhammadu Sanusi II.
Kano Commissioner of Police, CP Ibrahim Bakori, announced while receiving the new executives of the Kano State Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), who paid him a visit, on Wednesday.
