A renowned Kwara politician, Barrister Kunle Sulyman, is dead.

Credible sources told SolaceBase that Sulyman died at a private hospital in Ilorin on Thursday at the age of 82.

It was gathered that arrangements are ongoing for his burial by 4.00 pm at the family residence, Fagba, in Ilorin.

He was well known for his political activities in the Second Republic as a stalwart of the National Party of Nigeria, NPN, the aborted Third Republic and a member of the APC in the Fourth Republic.

His son, Barr. Senior Ibrahim Sulyman is the Kwara State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
