Prof. Pate to deliver keynote address at international media conference in Pakistan

The Vice-Chancellor, Federal University Kashere in Gombe State, Professor Umaru Pate, will deliver a keynote address at the 10th MCAP-BNU International Media Conference.

SolaceBase reports that the event with the theme, “Bridging Divides: Media Literacy for Informed and Connected Societies,” is scheduled to take place from February 18 to 19, 2025, at Beaconhouse National University’s Tarogil Campus in Lahore, Pakistan.

Pate, a professor of media history is the only Nigerian participant attending the conference in the Asian country.
