SCNRFP appoints Abubakar Tanko Bala as official emissary

The State of Southern Cherokee Nation and The Red Fire People (SCNRFP), a recognized international independent sovereign, neutral and unaligned country, has officially appointed Dr. Abubakar Tanko Bala as its emissary and advisor.

SolaceBase reports that the appointment, approved by the theocracy government of the state and endorsed by its Prime Minister, Chief Gees-Due OO-Neh-Gah Usti, took effect on September 4, 2025.

In a letter of appointment, the government said Dr. Bala, “having undertaken to observe and conform to the ordinances and laws of the State of SCNRFP, and to solemnly promote the interests of the SCNRFP and to protect such privileges by all lawful means,” has been conferred the role of honorary emissary.

The government further explained that the appointment empowers him to “establish, maintain, and build proper relationships in order to further peace, goodwill, economic development, social needs, and humanitarian efforts as approved by the State of SCNRFP.”

Chief Gees-Due OO-Neh-Gah Usti, who signed the appointment on behalf of the state, expressed confidence in Dr. Bala’s capacity to carry out his responsibilities.

“The State of SCNRFP wishes Honourable Emissary Dr. Abubakar Tanko Bala the best in his mission on behalf of the State of SCNRFP and will afford all such support as is required to carry out the duties of an emissary,” he said.

Dr. Bala, according to the letter, has under oath agreed to follow the laws, policies, procedures and protocols of the SCNRFP in the execution of his duties.

The government described his appointment as a significant step in strengthening its international representation, emphasizing that his mission aligns with its broader vision of peace, neutrality, and development.

Dr. Abubakar Tanko Bala, a Kano indigene, is the Secretary General, Pan African Competitiveness Forum, National Treasurer, Nigerian Association Of Small Scale Industrialists, (NASSI) and Director, Intergovernmental, Inter Peace Commission

He is also the Chairman, Aminci Micro Credit Ltd  and Hardbell Nigeria Ltd.
