Former Adamawa state governor, Senator Muhammad Umar Jibrilla Bindow has congratulated the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Boss Mustapha for his reappointment by President Muhammad Buhari.
According to Bindow, the reappointment of Mustapha is a clear testimony of his dedication, competence and commitment to the service of the government.
