2023 Guber Election: Sheikh Khalil unveils Kano developmental plan
The Kano state African Democratic Congress (ADC). gubernatorial candidate Sheikh Ibrahim Khaleel has unveiled his development plan for Kano state ahead of the 2023 gubernatorial election next Saturday.
The Islamic scholar who has been in the center of Kano politics for a long time had aspired for the number one seat in Kano under different political parties and in a recent media parley, the cleric had revealed that if elected he is going to ensure a very robust educational system that will address all the educational lapses at all levels.
He also stated that he will ensure a smooth operation of a viable health delivery system with emphasis on a functional Primary Healthcare delivery system that will encourage wider participation of all actors irrespective of their social affiliation adding that agriculture will also receive serious attention along all crop’s value chains based on an already existing research finding.

He added that his administration when elected will investigate the reason behind the collapse of the industrial sector in the state as well as devising measures of reviving the sector with much emphasis on empowering small and medium enterprises as bedrocks for industrial development.
Sheikh Khalil also touched on various issues he intended to address when elected as governor of Kano state.
