The Supreme Court on Thursday re-affirmed Hajia Laila Buhari as PDP Kano Central Senatorial Candidate.
SOLACEBASE reports that the Appeal Court had earlier affirmed Laila Buhari nullifying the election of Danburam Nuhu.
The apex court in a lead judgment read by Justice Muhammad Lawal Garba dismissed all the grounds of appeal by the appellant, Danburam Nuhu.
