JUST IN: Terrorists shoot pupil, kidnap dozens in Kaduna primary school 

The LEA Primary School in Kuriga town of Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State, has been invaded by terrorists. 

While a pupil was shot dead, many others were said to have been kidnapped. Residents said the school head teacher and some other staff are among the victims.

The incident reportedly happened at 8:20am immediately after the assembly on Thursday.

Recall that the junior and secondary school relocated to the school building inside the Kuriga town a few years ago due to insecurity concerns, abandoning their former school building located outside the town.
