Tinubu to embark on official visit to Equatorial Guinea
President Bola Tinubu will depart Abuja for Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, on Wednesday, August 14, for a three-day official visit.
This visit follows an invitation extended by President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo.

According to a statement from Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Tinubu will meet with President Obiang at the Presidential Villa upon his arrival.

The visit will include discussions and the signing of agreements on oil, gas, and security cooperation.
Accompanying President Tinubu will be Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, along with other cabinet members. They will participate in the agreement-signing and work on strengthening bilateral relations.
