The Role Model Award is organised annually by the Hallmark of Labour Foundation (HLF), to recognise and celebrate Nigerians, Africans, and other people of the Black race who have achieved success through hard work, honesty, integrity, and justice in every field of human endeavour. The overall goal is to use the achievements of these Role Models and their legacies as examples to educate Nigerians that success through genuine Labour is more rewarding and fulfilling and therefore encourage positive attitudes among Africans, especially the youth to shun dishonesty and fraud as a means of achieving success.
