The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has trained over 200 desk officers on how to checkmate vote buying and other electoral offenses.

The REC who spoke through the administrative secretary of the commission Muhammad Muhammad said the officers would also engage in the distribution of unclaimed permanent voters card in their respective offices.
He revealed that the desk offices were established in local government offices to mobilize voters through effective information dissemination system.
The commissioner observed that the “prior to 2015 general elections, we don’t have desk officers at the local government level, but the commission in its wisdom in conformity with its constitutional responsibility decided to establish this office at local government level”.
“The workshop is to train these people who would be our eyes at the local level. We assembled public relations officers at the state level to exchange ideas so that we will have well-informed voters in 2019.”
One of the participants at the workshop Garba Lawan pledged to put into practice what they learned.

Open a series of images (single lens or single focal
length) and start comparing the visual sharpness of the center
of the images and the corners. Take some notes. You can also evaluate the images for vignetting and
symmetry, as well. For symmetry, verify that the lack of sharpness in the
corners is the same for each side of the
lens.
