Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has assured its numerous customers of improved service delivery at all levels in 2021.
According to the Management, 2021 would be a promising year in quality services delivery for its customers in view of the massive investments in network expansion and maintenance as well as the massive training of personnel in 2020.
This was contained in a statement issued by Head, Corporate Communications, KEDCO Ibrahim Sani Shawai, on Sunday.
‘’With the kinds of investments and training made in 2020 in spite the challenge of COVID-19; we are sure that the coming year would witness lots of better packages in terms of lesser complaints and better service delivery in order to guarantee maximum satisfaction to all customers,’’ said the statement.

‘’In his message on what is expected of KEDCO in 2021, Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, KEDCO said “ it’s going to be an entirely fresh initiative to improve the satisfaction level of customers.”
“ We have laid the foundation already in 2020 and our customers can be rest assured that we will deliver to their satisfaction because our yearly interest remains their satisfaction.”
‘’Dr Gwamna, therefore, called on customers to partner with KEDCO to ensure that 2021 records less vandalism and sabotage through accurate and timely reportage of suspected attempts to sabotage KEDCO’s efforts while also ensuring regular payment of bills- both current and outstanding.’’
