2023: Groups endorse Murtala Sule Garo for governor
About 22 stakeholders group under the All Progressive Congress (APC) has endorsed Kano State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo for governorship race in 2023 general elections.
The groups under the auspices of Rwinwin in a statement signed by its Chairman, Auwal Dankano, on Sunday, said the decision to endorse Galadima Garo, Murtal Sule Garo was after a careful deliberation among the members on whom to support that can deliver the dividence of democracy to the people.

In the statement, the group issued a two weeks ultimatum for Murtala Garo to declare his intention or they will drag him to court to answer their call.
According to the statement, the endorsement was due to his vast experience in governance and the need to get an astute politician who can continue the good work of Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
