2023: Hundreds of Islamic Clerics in Kano pray for actualization of Yahaya Bello presidential ambition

Hundreds of Islamic Clerics and Qur’anic memorizers conducted a special prayer session for restoration of peace in the country, and also pray for Governor Yahaya Bello to realize his presidential aspiration, in 2023.

Solacebase reports that during the prayer session held in Kano, on Sunday the citation of Governor Yahaya Bello was highlighted which according to the event organizers signify his qualification to become the potential leader to choose in the next general election.

Mallam Zakariyya Ishaq, who spoke at the special prayer session said the cardinal objective of the congregation is to pray for the country and also for Allah’s approval to make Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi , the next president to lead Nigeria.

“He’s a kind-hearted leader, whose mind is full of compassion and sympathy for his subjects as well as trodden, the Cleric said.

Mallam Ishaq added that Governor Yahaya Bello was the only leader across the federation who stood still, refused to succumb to federal government pressure of locking down his state during the first COVID-19 pandemic.

He said that, during the pandemic, a lot of Nigerians suffered immeasurable, untold hardship, but governor Bello given his magnanimity, the door of his state remained wide open and people mobility within wasn’t restricted.

Ishaq noted that Governor Bello’s gesture at that time is part of leadership mastery, which means to attend to the needs of his people with compassion.

Mallam Abu Ahmed said Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state going by his physical and leadership techniques, deserved to get all the needed supports to achieve his immediate aspiration to hand him the mantle of president in the next general election.

“That’s why we gathered here today to pray for him and the peace sustainability in the country, he added.

Abu Ahmed further stressed that religiously we were taught that it is far more advantageous to choose a right, hardworking leader than to elect a lip service leader with integrity.

Now, with not more than a year to the general elections, politicians across the federation commence scouting for supports to get elected or re-elected.
