Immigration ready for seamless 2023 Hajj operations – Official

The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Kaduna State Command, has expressed its readiness for a seamless 2023 Hajj operations in line with its mandate.

Mr. Bashir Lawal, Comptroller of the NIS in the state, said this on Tuesday in Kaduna, during a courtesy visit to the management of the Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency.

Lawal, who recently assumed the leadership of the NIS in the state, said his visit to the agency was to ensure continued harmonious working relationship towards seamless Hajj operations in the state.

He restated his commitment to ensuring a cordial and harmonious working relationship between the NIS and the agency.

Earlier in his remarks, Dr. Yusuf Arrigasiyyu, Executive Secretary of the agency, said the visit would engender a stronger working relationship between both organizations.

Arrigasiyyu promised to work in collaboration with the NIS for the success of the 2023 Hajj operation. (NAN) (www.nannews.ng)
