The gubernatorial candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kano State, in the 2023 general elections, Shiekh Ibrahim Khaleel has restated his commitment to the welfare of the citizenry and the developmental growth of the state.

SOLACEBASE reports that Shiekh Khaleel stated this on Saturday, at a special gathering held at the Afficient Event Centre to express gratitude to his supporters for their unwavering backing during the 2023 general election.

At the event attended by key figures within the ADC, including Comrade Musa Shuaibu Ungogo, the State Chairman, and Dr. Aminu A. Anas, the Deputy Governorship Candidate, Khaleel said the loss in the last general election would not deter him from forging ahead and strategize on how to actualize the dream and give back to the society.

Also present were respected Elder Statesman Alhaji Abdullahi Edward and numerous party followers.

According to the Islamic Cleric, cum politician, the gathering provided an opportunity for him to personally thank his supporters and acknowledge the pivotal role they played in the electoral process.

” We are not doing any political campaign other than organizing a special gathering to show appreciation for those who supported us and came out during the 2023 Election Campaign.

” My own political ideology focuses on patience and tolerance, for example, if water starts penetrating the stone, it finally becomes soft, everything in life is about patience, this is our stand.

” My priority is my country and my people, to see how everything citizens can progress and have peace of mind”, Sheikh Khaleel added.

The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm and camaraderie as party members celebrated the collective efforts that contributed to their campaign’s success.

Comrade Musa Shuaibu Ungogo, in his address, commended the dedication of the party members and emphasized the significance of unity among the party members.

Dr. Aminu A. Anas echoed these sentiments, expressing optimism for the party’s future endeavors.

He also appreciates all the ADC executives and members for the amazing support and love they have demonstrated during the 2023 general election campaign.

Elder Statesman Alhaji Abdullahi Edward shared words of wisdom, underscoring the importance of sustained collaboration for the betterment of Kano State and Nigeria at large.

Khaleel also presented the certificate of appreciation to both executives and members for their tireless efforts and the solidarity they demonstrated during the campaign.
