JUST IN: APM withdraws appeal against President Tinubu’s election at Supreme Court

Allied People’s Movement (APM) withdraws appeal filed at the Supreme Court, challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu.

The appeal was dismissed after Chukwuma Umeh, Allied People’s Movement Counsel, applied to withdraw the suit.

The justices had scolded Allied People’s Movement’s Counsels for bringing an appeal that had previously been decided by the apex court.
