He gave assurance that ASUU will not stand in the way of its members participating in the election as ad-hoc staff.
According to him ,“the decision of our union as at the last time we met was that our members are free as citizens to participate in the electoral process as ad-hoc staff and we have restated that today that we are not going to stop any of our members who wishes to serve in that capacity.”
The ASUU President noted that participating in election is part of community service and as patriots they will do everything to support the process that will further institutionalize the democratization of Nigeria.
