The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday said that its ballot papers for the conduct of the presidential primary will carry the photographs of its aspirants.
National Chairman of the party, Prince Uche Secondus hinted this on Wednesday when he hosted the European Union team, headed by Bridget Markussen, in his office in Abuja.
Prince Uche Secondus said that as soon as the members of the convention committee are announced, the National Working Committee members of the party will take a back seat in preparation for the convention.
He explained that all the 13 presidential aspirants of PDP will have nominees in all the committees that will be set up for the convention to ensure transparency.
“We are preparing to announce the convention committee soon so that the working committee will handover to this committee who will conduct the primary election
“We believe that all the presidential aspirants will have nominees into very key important committees. The accreditation committee where the delegates will line up and then be identified, they would have nominees into that committee so that they are sure that no one is going to play any game.”
