Nigeria has recorded 176 new COVID-19 cases in some states of the federation including the FCT, according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
The centre announced this in a tweet on Saturday night.
It said the country has recorded a total coronavirus infection of 5621.
The health agency said 13 states, including the FCT, were affected with the fresh cases.
