Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Monday recorded 242 new COVID-19 cases in the country.
The health agency announced this in a tweet with total COVID-19 infections now 4641.
Lagos recorded the highest fresh infection of 88 cases followed by Kano with 64 cases, Katsina had 49 and Kaduna recorded 13. While 8 other states recorded single-digit figures including FCT.
