Nigeria has recorded 182 new cases of COVID-19, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
The centre announced this in a tweet on Thursday evening.
It said fresh cases of the disease was recorded in 15 states including the FCT with total infections standing at 8915, after total sample test of 49,966.
Solacebase reports that 2592 patients that tested negative twice have been discharged with 259 deaths recorded.
