President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is leading from results of the ten local government areas of Kano state that have been announced so far at the INEC office in Kano.
The APC got 23,810 while PDP polled 4,861from Garun Malam LGA, Tofa LGA- APC had 19,984 as PDP got 7732, while APC scored 20,375 as PDP polled 4,983 in Kunchi LGAs.
Also, in Bagwai , APC scored 23, 375 as PDP had 10, 584 while APC polled 27, 232 as PDP scored 9,528 in Bunkure LGA, in Gabasawa LGA, APC had 24, 420 as PDP scored 6, 130, in Rimin Gado LGA, APC had 20, 589 while PDP polled 10, 305.
Similarly, in Karaye APC scored 23, 023 as PDP had 8, 265 , in Madobi APC had 26, 110 as PDP scored 13, 113 and in Dawakin Tofa , APC had 37, 417 as PDP scored 6, 507.
With the results from the ten local governments announced so far, the ruling APC had scored total votes of 246, 336 while PDP scored 82, 008
The results show that APC is already leading with 164,328 votes while INEC still awaits results from the remaining 34 local government areas of the state.
